Italy
Where every journey becomes a story
Discover Italy
Italy was breathtaking — ancient cities, colorful coastlines, iconic architecture, delicious food, and rich history. Every moment felt magical. My journey took me through Venice, Florence, Rome, Naples, the Amalfi Coast, and the stunning island of Capri. This is a country where every corner feels like a living museum, every meal tastes like art, and every experience feels cinematic.
Stories From Italy
Venice — The Floating Jewel of Italy
I began my Italian adventure in Venice, a city unlike anywhere else in the world — floating on water, shimmering under golden light, and full of charm. Part of my journey included visiting the famous Venetian islands: Murano, Burano, and Torcello.
Murano — The Island of Glass
Murano is world-renowned for its glass-making traditions. I visited a glass factory and watched artisans blow molten glass into elegant shapes. Learning about centuries-old craftsmanship made the island feel even more special.
Torcello — Venice’s Oldest Inhabited Island
Torcello is quiet, ancient, and atmospheric. Known for the Cathedral of Santa Maria Assunta and its iconic mosaics, this island feels like stepping into an untouched world full of history and peace.
Burano — A Rainbow Village on Water
Burano was colorful and lively, with fisherman houses painted in bright hues. The island is famous for lace-making and delicious homemade sweets. Every street looked like a postcard.
Walking Tour of Venice — Rialto, San Marco & Cannaregio
With a local guide, I explored Venice’s historic districts: Rialto, San Marco, and Cannaregio. I learned about merchant history, ancient trade routes, and Renaissance architecture. I visited San Pantalon, Santa Maria Gloriosa dei Frari, and wandered through hidden alleys full of charm and character.
Venetian Gondola Experience
My gondola ride took me through hidden waterways and along the Grand Canal. I admired palace views, historic buildings, and iconic landmarks like the Guggenheim Collection, Gritti Palace, and Punta della Dogana. I also visited a gondola workshop and learned about the craftsmanship behind Venice’s most iconic boat.
Tuscany — Pisa, Chianti, Siena & San Gimignano
My full-day Tuscany tour was unforgettable. I visited Pisa’s Leaning Tower, Cathedral, and Baptistery. Then enjoyed a delicious Tuscan lunch and wine tasting in the Chianti region. Siena impressed me with its medieval charm and famous Piazza del Campo, and San Gimignano transported me to a world of towers, vineyards, and ancient walls. A perfect Tuscan dream.
Rome — The Eternal City
In Rome, I explored the Colosseum, Roman Forum, and Palatine Hill with a guide who brought history to life — gladiator stories, ancient battles, emperors, and old Roman traditions. I also explored the Vatican Museums, Raphael Rooms, Borgia Apartments, and finally the breathtaking Sistine Chapel. No words can describe Michelangelo’s masterpiece.
Naples — A City of Energy & Tradition
I joined a free walking tour through Naples — full of legends, historic streets, ancient Greek walls, Spaccanapoli, Pulcinella, and the iconic Gesú Nuovo Square. Naples was chaotic, lively, delicious, and unforgettable.
Amalfi Coast — Sorrento, Positano, Amalfi & Conca Dei Marini
I explored Sorrento with its lemon groves and breathtaking views, enjoyed a limoncello tasting, wandered Positano’s steep streets, shopped for Amalfi ceramics, visited the cathedral in Amalfi, and admired the emerald caves of Conca Dei Marini. Every town felt like a dream carved into cliffs.
Capri Island Boat Tour
My day trip to Capri was unforgettable. The boat circled the island, passing hidden grottos, cliffs, and crystal blue waters. We swam, relaxed at Marina Piccola, and had 4 hours of free time to explore. Capri felt luxurious, peaceful, and cinematic.
